I rang for advice at 9.15am and was told to bring my dog Reggie down for the open surgery. I explained he was struggling to walk and the lovely nurse I spoke to said to just somewhere near the practice and one of them would pop out to the car to examine him.
True to her word by 9.45am Reggie had been seen and prescribed anti-inflammatory liquid. Cannot recommend this Vet highly enough.

Our beautiful dog AB was looked after and cared for by the kindest of professionals although his treatment was not successful they never gave up and never gave false hope thank you all so much hopefully we will be back to see you soon

I was horrified when my cat arrived home last night with a tick attached to her neck. I rang Dunelm Vets and by 11am the next morning it has been cheerfully removed and I was given advice. All staff in this practice, from receptionists, to nurses and vets, are friendly, kind and approachable. Not easy during the current crisis too. A big thank you to you all for sorting out a relatively simple problem quickly, professionally and with compassion.
Exceptional vetinary care…
Our first experience with dunelm was when fran and other young male attended our house.. To put our old dog to sleep, they were the only vets that evening that would come out.. They spent about 2 hours with us and not only were we put at ease they spent a long time with butch trying to make it as settled as they could for him.. We always said if we got another dog there is no other vets we would go with.. All of the staff here are very very caring and everything is about the animal and making it more pleasurable for them.. Teddy loves it here and all the staff and the fuss he gets.. They are very very good price wise and dont sting you for the sake of it which some vets do. They have lots of plans you can get, we go with the pet plan as you get 4 lots of flea and worming treatment aswell as 4 lots of nail clippings and anal drainage if needed and it is omly 8 pound off a month sp exceptional value for money!
